Competitor by competitor
Sendqube vs. ManyReach
Credit-based pricing with no monthly subscription and unlimited mailboxes — a real alternative if you send in bursts. It doesn't advertise custom SMTP or IMAP reply sync, so mailboxes still mean Gmail/Outlook OAuth accounts, not your own mail server.
Sendqube vs. Smartlead
Unlimited email accounts and warmup on every plan, starting at $39/mo for 2,000 active leads. Strong for pure sending volume; SMTP support and IMAP reply threading are limited compared to Sendqube.
Sendqube vs. Instantly
$47/mo for 1,000 contacts and a 5,000-email monthly cap, with unlimited email accounts. Well known for its lead database add-on, but custom SMTP and reply-sync across providers aren't a focus.
Sendqube vs. SmartReach
Usage-based pricing from $24/mo, charged by prospects contacted rather than a flat contact cap. One of the few competitors with solid Microsoft 365/Outlook support, but no confirmed custom-SMTP + IMAP reply sync.
Sendqube vs. Saleshandy
$25/mo (annual) for 2,000 active prospects with unlimited connected accounts, though dedicated sending infrastructure (domains/mailboxes) is a paid add-on at $2.99–$3.99 per mailbox.
Where Sendqube is honest about tradeoffs
Every competitor above advertises unlimited mailboxes at their entry tier — Sendqube's Basic plan currently caps at 2, because pricing isn't public yet and the current default is deliberately conservative. What you get instead: genuine custom-SMTP support with IMAP reply sync, a unified inbox across Gmail, Microsoft 365, and SMTP together, and website visitor tracking — capabilities none of the five above currently advertise.
