Sequences & sending
Mailbox rotation
Assign more than one mailbox to a sequence and sends rotate across them automatically, weighted toward whichever mailbox has the most daily volume left — five mailboxes at 50/day gives the sequence 250 sends/day instead of being pinned to one inbox.
How it works
When a sequence has more than one assigned mailbox, each send picks a mailbox weighted by how much of its daily limit is still unused — a mailbox with more headroom gets picked more often, so volume balances out across the day instead of exhausting one mailbox first.
The process in Sendqube
- 1Assign two or more mailboxes to a sequence in its Channel settings.
- 2Sendqube tracks sends per mailbox and resets the count daily.
- 3Each due send is routed to whichever assigned mailbox currently has the highest remaining daily capacity.
This is live in the product today — not a roadmap item.
