Sequences & sending
Multi-step sequences
Set a per-step delay, write with merge tags and spintax for variation, and choose same-thread or new-thread follow-ups for each step.
How it works
A sequence is an ordered list of steps, each with its own subject, body, and delay in days from the previous step. Steps can reuse the same email thread (reply-style follow-ups) or start a fresh thread, chosen per step. Merge tags like {{first_name}} and spintax like {option1|option2} are resolved per recipient at send time.
The process in Sendqube
- 1Create a sequence and add steps in the step editor.
- 2Set each step's delay, subject, and body, choosing same-thread or new-thread follow-up.
- 3Assign one or more mailboxes and enroll contacts.
- 4The sending cron picks up due enrollments every few minutes and advances each contact through the steps automatically.
